Heading home to Toronto on the 403 from Chatham we were desperate to find a repair shop when the battery light came on and the electrics on our Honda started to fail. Quickly pulled off and located Webb Motors. Being late in the afternoon Derek was unsure if he could get the required alternator and battery in time to assist us but when the car finally died and we seemingly were stuck his mechanic Sam provided the solution by agreeing to stay after closing to fix us up so we could get on the way. Everything came together quickly and we were back on the road by 6pm. We highly recommend Webb Motors to anyone in the area. Thanks again Sam and Derek. Excellent service.

Derek Webb and staff at Webb Motors were terrific to work with. Derek was able to diagnose the misfiring issue with my 2009 BMW 328 and fixed the problem while I waited. Derek is a personable and honest individual and experienced in both domestic and foreign vehicles. My experience was nothing short of amazing. Had my truck in the next day. Found a blown transfer case and sourced a new one the same day. Also found a few other things that weren’t even on my radar. Needless to say I was very pleased and will be using them again.

We were new to Webb, but will be a return customer now. Derek was able to get us in and fixed up quickly, and at a fair price. We’ll definitely be back.

We brought in a jet ski that we had recently purchased that wasn't running. Derek diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and within the estimate. It runs great and we will not go to any other shop even though its a two hour drive for us.
